Accept and begin
Access starts only after the applicable reseller terms and any initial requirements are confirmed.
Reseller responsibilities
- Describe plans, durations, device allowances, and limitations accurately.
- Use only approved brand material and never claim ownership, exclusivity, or guarantees that were not granted.
- Protect account and customer information.
- Provide first-line support to your customers and escalate genuine service issues with clear records.
- Follow payment, tax, advertising, privacy, consumer, copyright, and communications laws that apply.
- Do not spam, mislead, impersonate, restream, or promote unlawful access.

Reseller program questions
Is reseller approval automatic?
No. Applications may be reviewed for suitability, support readiness, market approach, payment risk, and compliance. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee approval.
Are reseller prices listed publicly?
Commercial terms can depend on the available program model and applicant profile. Eligible applicants receive current pricing, credit, payment, and minimum requirements during review.
Who supports reseller customers?
A reseller should provide first-line customer communication and setup help. Genuine account or service issues can be escalated through the support route provided for the reseller account.
Can I use the Kemo SAT name and logo?
Only as permitted by the reseller terms and supplied brand guidance. Approval does not transfer ownership of trademarks or allow misleading claims of partnership or exclusivity.
Can a reseller create sub-resellers?
Only when that capability is expressly included in the approved account model. Do not recruit or provision sub-resellers without written authorization.
