1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using the website or ordering a service, you agree to these Terms of Use and the policies linked from them. You must have the legal capacity to enter an agreement and must comply with the laws that apply where you access or use the service.

If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service.

2. Service description

Kemo SAT provides information about IPTV plans, trial access, setup guidance, and support for compatible players and devices. The precise plan, duration, device allowance, price, and delivery details are those shown or confirmed for your order.

IPTV technology can be used lawfully or unlawfully depending on content rights and local law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use is lawful.

3. Credentials and account security

• Keep usernames, passwords, playlist URLs, and portal details private.
• Do not share access beyond the device allowance confirmed for the plan.
• Notify support if you believe credentials have been exposed or misused.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through credentials issued for your order, subject to applicable law.

4. Orders, payments, delivery, and renewals

Prices and payment methods are presented during the ordering process. Payment must be authorized and accurate. Access is prepared after confirmation and may require additional verification.

Renewal or recurring-payment terms apply only when clearly presented for the order. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.

5. Trials

A trial is provided for evaluation during its stated period and may have limits different from a paid plan. Trial availability is not guaranteed for every applicant, device, region, or repeated request. A trial does not become a paid subscription unless the checkout or activation process clearly says so.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Resell, redistribute, restream, copy, or publicly display access unless separately authorized in writing.
• Use the service to infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Probe, attack, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security or device limits.
• Use automated, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading ordering methods.
• Misrepresent an affiliation with Kemo SAT or use the brand without permission.

7. Devices and third-party applications

IPTV players, app stores, operating systems, internet providers, VPNs, and payment services are operated by third parties. Their availability, fees, licenses, updates, and policies are outside Kemo SAT's control. Third-party product names and marks belong to their respective owners.

8. Availability, changes, and support

Reasonable efforts may be made to provide stable access and support, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, upstream changes, network conditions, device limitations, and events outside reasonable control can affect performance.

Features, plans, prices, and documentation may change. Material order terms already agreed remain subject to the confirmation provided for that order and applicable law.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or ended when necessary to address non-payment, fraud, credential abuse, security risk, excessive connections, prohibited redistribution, or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, support may request corrective action first.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the website, guidance, and service are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly confirmed for an order. Kemo SAT is not responsible for losses caused solely by unsupported devices, third-party apps, internet providers, unlawful use, or events outside reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Changes, applicable law, and contact

These terms may be updated for service, security, legal, or operational reasons. The latest published date appears on this page. Disputes are subject to applicable mandatory law and the competent jurisdiction determined under that law.
