IPTV Setup Guide

Choose your device, install a compatible player from a trusted source, add the access format supplied with your order, and test playback safely.

Third-party player names and device marks belong to their respective owners. Kemo SAT is not presented as the publisher of those applications.

Before you start

Kemo SAT supplies access details; a player application is the software used to display the service on your device. Install apps only from an official app store or the application's verified publisher.

Prepare these items: a stable internet connection, a supported device, a current IPTV player, and the Xtream Codes, M3U URL, or portal details supplied for your order. Credentials are case-sensitive and should stay private.

Choose your device

Universal IPTV setup steps

Confirm the access format

Check whether your order provides Xtream Codes, an M3U playlist, or portal details.

Install a trusted IPTV player

Use the official store for your device or the verified publisher. The player and subscription are separate products.

Add a new playlist or user

Open the player's account, playlist, or provider section and choose the matching login format.

Enter details exactly

Copy the server URL, username, password, playlist URL, or portal information without extra spaces.

Load channels and EPG

Allow the first synchronization to finish, then refresh the playlist and program guide if needed.

Test before customizing

Check live playback, VOD, audio, EPG, and several channels before changing advanced player settings.

Fire TV and Firestick

  1. Open the Amazon Appstore and search for a reputable IPTV player available in your region.
  2. Install and open the player, then choose Xtream Codes or M3U according to your access details.
  3. Enter the server URL, username, and password exactly, then wait for the first channel and EPG load.
  4. For smoother playback, close unused apps, keep free storage available, and restart the Fire TV after major app updates.

Android TV, Google TV, and Android boxes

  1. Open Google Play on the television or box and install a compatible IPTV player.
  2. Add the supplied Xtream Codes or M3U information.
  3. Grant only the permissions the player reasonably needs.
  4. Use Ethernet where available or a strong 5 GHz Wi-Fi connection for high-bitrate streams.

Samsung, LG, and other Smart TVs

  1. Open the television's official app store and search for a supported IPTV player.
  2. Follow the app's on-screen playlist or activation method.
  3. Add the access details supplied for your order and refresh the guide.
  4. If the app is unavailable in your model or region, use a supported streaming device rather than an unverified download.

Apple TV, iPhone, and iPad

  1. Install a compatible player from the Apple App Store.
  2. Choose the correct login type and add the supplied details.
  3. Allow the playlist to synchronize, then test live TV and VOD.
  4. On Apple TV, check video-format and frame-rate settings if motion appears uneven.

Android phones and tablets

  1. Install a compatible player from Google Play.
  2. Add your Xtream Codes or M3U details and let the first synchronization complete.
  3. Use Wi-Fi for initial testing and monitor mobile-data use when streaming away from home.
  4. Enable picture-in-picture only if your device and chosen player support it.

Windows and Mac computers

  1. Install a reputable desktop IPTV player from its official publisher.
  2. Add the playlist URL or Xtream Codes information supplied for your order.
  3. Test hardware acceleration both on and off if video is black, choppy, or out of sync.
  4. Keep the operating system, graphics driver, and player current.

MAG, Formuler, Dreamlink, and BuzzTV

  1. Open the device's provider, portal, or playlist settings.
  2. Use only the portal URL, MAC-based instructions, or Xtream Codes method confirmed for your order.
  3. Restart the device after saving and allow channels and EPG to populate.
  4. If the device reports an authorization error, send the exact error and device model through support without posting credentials publicly.

Roku devices

Roku app availability varies by country and device. Use only an official Roku Channel Store player that supports the format supplied for your order. If a compatible channel is unavailable, a supported Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, or Smart TV application may be the simpler option.

Troubleshooting checklist

  1. Confirm other websites or apps work on the same connection.
  2. Recheck every credential and URL; capitalization and punctuation matter.
  3. Refresh the playlist and EPG, then restart the player and device.
  4. Update the player from its official source.
  5. Test Ethernet or move closer to the router.
  6. Temporarily test without custom DNS, proxy, or VPN settings to isolate the cause.
  7. Try another compatible player to determine whether the issue is app-specific.
  8. If the problem remains, contact support with the device, app, error message, and troubleshooting already completed.
Kemo SAT FAQ

IPTV setup questions

Which IPTV player should I install?

Choose a reputable player available from the official store for your device and compatible with the Xtream Codes, M3U, or portal format supplied for your order. Kemo SAT access and the player application are separate.

Why does the player show no channels?

The most common causes are an incorrect server URL, username, password, or playlist format. Re-enter the details without spaces, refresh the playlist, and contact support if access still does not load.

What internet speed is needed?

Required speed depends on stream quality and other network use. A stable connection matters more than a peak test result. Ethernet or strong 5 GHz Wi-Fi is preferable for televisions and high-bitrate playback.

Can the same subscription be used on several devices?

You may install a player on multiple devices, but simultaneous use must remain within the device allowance confirmed for your plan. Extra connections can interrupt playback or trigger account protection.

Can I test setup before buying a full plan?

Use the IPTV Free Trial page to check current trial availability and test your device, player, playback, VOD, and EPG before choosing a paid plan.
